Sea Cadets adhere to our core values of honor, respect, commitment, and service. The Cadets work in a disciplined environment where they out down their phones, step outside of their comfort zones, work as part of a team, and succeed. Sea Cadets are young men and women aged 10 through the end of high school. There are thousands of young men and women who participate in our program each year. Cadets across 325 units nationwide attend monthly unit drills, under the direction of over 2,000 volunteers, and participate in a wide variety of physical and mental wellbeing activities that prepare them for civilian, industry or military service.
